Job Title:       Media Operations-Traffic Coordinator

Reports to:     Media Operations Manager

OVERVIEW

The Media Operations Traffic Coordinator is an operational planning role that assists the Media Operations Manager in overseeing the flow of information and assets to and from the Media Operations and Creative team, while adhering to quality and creative deadlines. A successful Coordinator is determined, resourceful, maintains impeccable attention to detail, and is able to prioritize while thriving in a fast paced, team centric environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

        Collaborate with the Media Operations Manager to help manage incoming requests, scheduling, and workflow

        Provide the Media Teams with weekly updates of confirmations and schedule changes

        Provide the Media Operations Manager with weekly updates of completed traffic projects

        Assist in maintaining copy schedules for clients, as well as contracted talents and representatives

        Traffic all creative to the proper talent and representatives

        Maintain a documented system of copy guidelines and receipts along with network needs and discrepancies

        Ensure the collection of all necessary audio files from network partners

        Alert networks weekly to aircheck needs

        Maintain all internal and shared methods of aircheck collection

        Oversee the collection and verification of purchased impressions

        Support the media buying teams as needed for special projects and day to day responsibilities

        Strong desire to learn industry best practices and trends

        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

        Critical thinking and strong knowledge of interdepartamental systems and workflows

        Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing, transcription, and managing files and records

        Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google applications

        Ability to follow-through and work well under pressure as responsibilities are time sensitive

        Highly organized and able to multitask and pivot quickly based on organization needs
