Job Title: Account Coordinator

Reports to: Account Strategist or Senior Account Strategist

OVERVIEW

The Account Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our client services team, ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients are thrilled with their experience. You'll work closely with internal teams including creative, production, and strategy, helping to coordinate efforts and maintain top-notch client communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist client leads on the account strategy team with the execution of audio marketing campaigns, from launch to delivery.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, project timelines, and deliverables between departments.

  • Track project milestones, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, status updates, and client-facing materials.

  • Assist teams with ad-hoc tasks that will require various data entry responsibilities

  • Coordinate with creative, production, and media teams to facilitate seamless campaign execution.

  • Manage and organize client assets, documents, and approvals.

  • Support new and existing business efforts by assisting with consumer and channel research.

DESIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, media, or agency environment preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Intermediate skill level of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Intermediate skill level of Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs)

  • Familiarity with project management tools

  • A desire to grow in client-facing marketing and with a great outward personality. 

  • Passion for audio, podcasts, music, influencers, or digital marketing is a big plus!
